Overview
The First Bank of Africa (FBA) is a sovereign humanitarian banking institution, originally established as a California entity (EIN 93-15****) and elevated to sovereign status by Sovereign Decree No. 2023-001, dated September 1, 2023.
FBA operates under the sole membership of Her Royal Highness Yumba Kamanda, Princess Regent, and functions as a subaccount of the Kissi Kingdom Sovereign Wealth Fund (KKSWF).
The mission of FBA is to provide zero-interest humanitarian loans, healthcare access, legal aid, and therapeutic services to underserved communities — advancing the Kingdom's sacred humanitarian mandate to uplift and protect the most vulnerable.

Humanitarian Civilian Status
Citizens and members may register as Humanitarian Civilians through FBA to receive assistance. Registration provides access to zero-interest loans, healthcare, legal aid, and therapy programs.
Each registered humanitarian civilian receives a Kissi Kingdom Citizen Registration Number (KK-CRN) with type code “H” — linking them to FBA's humanitarian programs across all Kingdom systems.
Operational Phases
PHASE 1 — HUMANITARIAN OPERATIONS (ACTIVE)
Zero-interest humanitarian loans, home loans, auto loans, credit/debit cards, healthcare, legal aid, and therapy. Products available now.
PHASE 2 — DEPOSITORY OPERATIONS (TARGET: 2027)
Savings accounts, full-service humanitarian banking, and expanded community programs.
